1. Detailed introduction:
This product is made by shell, motor,speed control board, timer, speed governor, etc. Put the centrifuge tubes symmetrically with same sample inside the centrifugal casing. When the instrument is working, the motor drives rotor at high speed, the relative centrifugal force produced separates the sample.
This instrument has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, stable operation, low noise, small size, light weight, simple operation, easy to use and so on. It is the essential instrument in laboratory.

4. Safety Precautions:
(1) If the power indicator is off after opening the instrument, please stop and check it immediately.
(2) It is forbidden to run without load.
(3) Please check the rotor for any corrosion damage before running.
(4) Do not open the centrifuge cover when the rotor is running, do not touch the running rotor.
(5) It is forbidden to run in an unbalanced load condition.
5. Instructions for use
(1) The working table of centrifuge should be flat, firm, neatly clean, dry and well ventilated.
(2) Turn on the power switch and the indicator light on.
(3) Turn off the power switch.
(4) Open the centrifugal cover, Wipe the cavity and the swivel.
(5) Please place the number and weight consistent tube.
(6) Close the centrifugal cover.
(7) Set the timing.
(8) Turn on the power switch.
(9) Adjust the speed knob to the desired speed.
(10) Before each stop. Please set the speed knob to the minimum position, and the timer is set to zero. And then turn off the power switch.
(11) Wipe the cavity and the swivel, and then close the centrifugal cover.
6. Maintenance
(1) Do not place any material on the centrifugal cover. After each use, be sure to clean the cavity and turn around.
(2) If the centrifuge do not use for a long time, please open the centrifuge cover for a period of time before using, then dry the cavity.
(3) Please replace the motor carbon brush in time to avoid wear commutator after using 3000 hours. Its a normal phenomenon if the machine use in long-term.
